
Sponsorship and Partnerships criteria
All sponsorship proposals are carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with our business, community, and marketing goals, as well as our available sponsorship budget. These guidelines are intended as a general reference and should not be considered an offer or commitment by Hobart Airport. As we receive a lot of requests, we aim to get back to you with a decision within eight weeks. For more complex sponsorship requests, this may take longer. Please consider this timeline when submitting your application.
We view our sponsorship activity as important investments in our commitment in Connecting Communities.

Applications for sponsorship must address our sponsorship criteria and be completed using the online link below.
If a sponsorship request is successful, Hobart Airport’s marketing team will liaise with the nominated contact person within the sponsee’s organisation to actively manage the sponsorship and conduct pre-event planning to effectively leverage the activity.

To be considered, a partnership proposal should also include:
- Details and objectives of the event or program
- A list of the key benefits to the community
- A list of sponsorship options including required investment and the benefits of each level
- Target audience details including audience reach
- A list of other sponsors who have already committed and whether there is industry exclusivity
- Calendar of events and key dates
- Opportunities for access to customer and business databases
- Creative ideas for utilisation of the sponsorship
- Opportunities for Hobart Airport team members to be involved in the event/ activity
- Opportunities for key business networking or contact with key members of the community
Hobart Airport requires appropriate lead-time to the event to consider the proposal. All proposals will be reviewed to assess the suitability and resources required. Outcomes will be communicated in writing.
